Falaky — Delete your account

Delete your account and all of its data

In the app:

Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and everything stored on our servers — your email address, profile, accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, the groups, expenses and settlements you created, and your import settings — are deleted immediately, and the copy on your device is wiped at the same time.

Without the app (for example if you no longer have it installed): email hassan.bayo.dev@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete my Falaky account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply. If you signed in with Google, use that Google address.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: all data tied to your account, on our servers and on your device. Deletion is permanent — export your data first from Settings → Your data → Export data if you want a copy.
Kept for a limited time: crash and error diagnostics already sent to our error-tracking provider. They contain no personal content and expire automatically within 90 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account

Any transaction, account, category, budget, group or expense can be deleted inside the app, and the deletion is synced to our servers. For anything you cannot remove yourself, email us at the address above and we will handle it within 30 days.

حذف حسابك وكل بياناته

من داخل التطبيق:

افتح الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب.
أكّد. يُحذف حسابك وكل ما هو مخزَّن على خوادمنا — بريدك الإلكتروني وملفك الشخصي وحساباتك ومعاملاتك وفئاتك وميزانياتك والمجموعات والمصاريف والتسويات التي أنشأتها وإعدادات الاستيراد — فورًا، وتُمسح النسخة الموجودة على جهازك في الوقت نفسه.

من دون التطبيق (مثلًا إذا لم يعد مثبّتًا لديك): راسلنا على hassan.bayo.dev@gmail.com من البريد الذي سجّلت به، بعنوان «Delete my Falaky account». نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكّد لك بالرد. إذا كنت تسجّل الدخول عبر Google فاستخدم بريد Google نفسه.

ما يُحذف وما يُحتفظ به

يُحذف: كل البيانات المرتبطة بحسابك، على خوادمنا وعلى جهازك. الحذف نهائي — صدِّر بياناتك أولًا من الإعدادات ← بياناتك ← تصدير البيانات إذا أردت نسخة.
يُحتفظ به لفترة محدودة: تقارير الأعطال والأخطاء التي أُرسلت بالفعل إلى مزوّد تتبّع الأخطاء لدينا. لا تحتوي على أي محتوى شخصي وتنتهي صلاحيتها تلقائيًا خلال 90 يومًا.

حذف بعض البيانات من دون حذف الحساب

يمكن حذف أي معاملة أو حساب أو فئة أو ميزانية أو مجموعة أو مصروف من داخل التطبيق، ويُزامَن الحذف مع خوادمنا. ولأي شيء لا تستطيع إزالته بنفسك، راسلنا على البريد أعلاه وسنتولّى الأمر خلال 30 يومًا.
